Double deck destoner

"This is a machine working on concept of density separator. This has double deck to use as Classifier.This is mainly used to separate heavy particles from the stream of wheat like stones, glass, metal etc.It give effects to cleaning of wheat stream in three ways.

• Seperating the heavy materials from the stream 
•  classifying the cleaned stream to allow to go for further process directly without taking the same to other separators/cleaners, and
•  aspirating the lighter particles from the stream through air duct connection which remains connected at the top of the machine making a fluidised effect of the wheat stream over the destoner net.
